The State of California has established maximum fees for Notary Services.  By using our Notary Services you are guaranteed that all of our notary publics adhere to these regulations.

Make sure you have proper ID when meeting with your notary public. Any one of the following Valid Identifications (providing they are current) are acceptable:

  • California Driver’s License
  • California Identification Card
  • Mexico Driver’s license
  • US Passport
  • US Military ID Card
  • Inmate ID Card
  • Other State Driver’s License
  • Other State Identification card, Canada Driver’s License
  • Foreign Passports stamped by USCIS.

Please complete all forms except signatures and notarized areas.  Please review all documents for the correct spelling of names and correct dates.

Fee Schedule (All services are by appointment only)

  • Acknowledgements – $10
  • Certified Copy of Power of Attorney – $10
  • Oaths and Affirmations – $10
  • Jurats – $10
  • Power of Attorney – $10.00
  • Loan Documents/Packages
    • In office Loan Signing (our SF Office) – $150.00
    • In-Escrow-Office Loan Signing – $200 .00
    • Mobile Notary Where We Come To You To Sign – $200.00

Travel Fees

  • Zone 1 – San Francisco (City) – $25
  • Zone 2 – Local Bay Area – .1 – 25 mile radius – $40.00 plus toll(s) – South San Francisco, Brisbane, Daly City, San Bruno, Oakland, Berkeley, etc.
  • Zone 3 – Extended Bay Area – 20+ to – 50 mile radius – $65.00  plus toll(s) – San Mateo County, Santa Clara County, San Jose, Alameda County, Walnut Creek, Vallejo, San Leandro, Concord, etc.
  • After Hours  5.00 pm and 9:00am – $125.00
  • Local Jails /Detention Facilities- 1 hour allotted – $150.00

Ancillary Administrative Fees

  • Faxing – $1 per page
  • Photocopies – $1 each
  • Waiting Times – $20 each 20 minutes
  • Notary Signing Cancellation Fee $50.00
  • Airport Emergency Notarization $100.00 Plus $10.00 per document per signature Plus Travel Fees
