SEO is a science, of making your internet site rank higher in the SERPs.  There are a few factors, which change your rank.

First – the internal site’s structure.  There are many rules that have to be met – otherwise search engines will consider a website amateur/spammy/useless and index it badly ( and in some cases might even fully drop it from their database ).

Usually search sites, notably Google, Yahoo or Bing employ crawlers, occasionally also called robots, to find and index webpages so as to feed their search results.  Nonetheless these crawlers do not index all of the internet pages of a website.  They don’t index all of the net pages due to various reasons.  The reason why they aren’t able to find may vary greatly from simple to complicated.  For example, easy reasons as a damaged link may leave an internet page un-indexed.

Here’s where search engine optimization steps in. They identify why a net page is un-indexed and incorporate the essential changes. Nevertheless this could attract the crawlers only to a certain extent. In order to ensure indexing, SEO systems depend on submission to search websites and directories.

Sending a website to search engine directories creates links and that in turn enable the crawlers find pages through these links.  These are called  ’backlinks’.  By subscribing for link-building services, one can increase one’s web site rating manifold, without flouting the rules of search sites.  In general, search websites trawl the web, looking for the most natural back-links from one page to another. If it realizes that a page is purposively hosting links to several pages, which in its turn, are hosting links to this page, the search website dynamically excludes it from its procedure, and doesn’t rank it at all .

The above scenario is a unsophisticated one and given as an illustration. The truth is regardless of whether crawlers do index your internet site ( homepage ), there is no guarantee that it will crawl all the pages. ( There are many reasons which explain why this occurs, but then that’s beyond the boundaries of this text ).

To conclude, do not hesitate to do more research on search engine optimization analysis.  Remember, there might be one or two details that will make it not as useful as actually hiring a pro service for this. But with the proper tools, you won’t be far behind.
